Is there a kilometre limit?
Every rental includes 300 km per 24 hours. Beyond that, extra kilometres are charged at ₹10–25 per km depending on the car. Late returns are charged at ₹300–500 per extra hour. Each car's exact rates are listed in its details.
Can I take the car outside Tamil Nadu?
Yes. Let us know your route when booking and we'll arrange the interstate permit details. Trips to Kerala and Karnataka are common.
How does payment work?
Once your booking is confirmed on WhatsApp, you can pay by UPI, card or bank transfer. The security deposit is refunded after the car is returned and checked.
What is the fuel policy?
Fuel and toll charges are covered by the customer. Return the car with the same fuel level you received it at.
What happens if the car breaks down?
Call or WhatsApp us any time. Our 24×7 roadside team will help, and we'll arrange a replacement car where possible.
Can I extend my booking?
Yes, just message us before your return time. Extensions are charged at the same daily rate, subject to availability.
